In all three of the above mentioned recruitment processes, our fees are highly incentivised with the total fee being divided into three instalments: the first third payable as a retainer, the second third payable upon you receiving a shortlist (of, on average, between four and six people) acceptable to your requirements, and the final third payable upon appointment of the chosen candidate. We would normally aim to provide you with a shortlist of candidates under any one of the above mentioned three recruitment methods within a period of six to eight weeks of commencing the assignment.
